Lorbrand manufactures a complete range of conveyor idlers & rollers, for belt widths from 350-3500mm and sized from 89-250mm in diameter.

Lorbrand conveyor idlers and conveyor rollers are designed to operate in the most extreme of environments, each conveyor idler set and or conveyor roller is supported by the industries lowest breakaway mass, close tolerances, duty matched shafts, effective seals and premium bearings. 

Due to the energy efficiency and low noise of our idlers, Lorbrand idlers are typically the idler of choice for long overland and large in-plant conveyor systems.

All conveyor idlers are available as standard with galvanised, painted finishes or stainless steel.

Flat Carry

Designed for belt feeders and other special applications

Retractable

For difficult or hard to reach locations, retractable idlers provide a safe solution

  • Ideal for impact zones or tripper cars

Drop Down Carry

Our drop down idlers are design for hard to reach locations for both impact and standard carry idlers. 

  • Purpose designed for each application. 
  • Jacking points for hydraulic jacks.
  • Heavy duty design to minimise frame deflection.
  • Multiple crossmember fixing points to improve rigidity and reduce noise. 
Drop Down Impact

Designed for extra heavy duty impact applications. 

  • Hydraulic jacking points for ease of use. 
  • Available in 3, 5 & 6 roll inline designs
  • Options to reduce roll weights. 
  • Keeper plates supplied as standard
  • Conveyor idler roll slots reinforced to minimise damage from vibration or movement.

Return Training

Vee Return

Our Vee return idlers are specifically designed for the return side of the belt, they’re available for all belt sizes with various options:
